Introduction

The project proposes the renovation of Room G-14, currently a classroom with a seating capacity of over 200 students, into a state-of-the-art seminar hall cum auditorium. This renovated space will support a variety of academic activities, including workshops, lectures, conferences, and interactive sessions, creating an inclusive and dynamic learning environment.
This transformation will involve key upgrades, including: 1) Installation of comfortable seating to accommodate 200 attendees. 2) Modernization of audio-visual systems, such as a high-definition projector, motorized screen, integrated sound system, and electronic podium. 3) Acoustic improvements, including soundproofing and specialized panels, to enhance audio quality and minimize external noise. 4) Upgrading to energy-efficient LED lighting fixtures and emergency lighting for optimal visibility and safety. 5) Renovation of flooring, wall finishes, and accessibility enhancements to ensure inclusivity, particularly for differently-abled individuals.
