IIT (BHU) Foundation Announces New CEO

Albany, NY – The IIT (BHU) Foundation is pleased to announce the appointment of Sagar Bhimavarapu as its new CEO.

Sagar brings a wealth of experience and passion to the IIT (BHU) Foundation and is committed to furthering its mission of enabling IIT (BHU)’s transformation into a trendsetting pioneer of technical education over the next century.

After 30 years on Wall Street, where Sagar worked for various investment banks in New York in senior roles specializing in sales & trading of fixed income products, he recently retired to focus on other passions & interests. Sagar graduated from IIT (BHU) in 1988 with a B.Tech in Electronics Engineering & earned his MBA in Finance from Tulane University in 1992. Sagar is very passionate about giving back to his alma mater.
